Reservation Method: Individual Call Ins
All guests are responsible to make their own individual reservations. All reservations must be made prior to April 14, 2026. The hotel will not be able to extend this date or accept any discounted reservations after this date. Any rooms not booked by the cutoff date of April 14, 2026 will be release back to the hotel for general sale.

Cancellation policy for individual reservations is 72 hours prior to arrival date, any cancellations or No-Show reservations after this time will be charged one night’s room and tax to the credit card used to make the reservations.

Pet Policy and Guidelines

The pet fee is “per stay,” not per night. For housekeeping: if housekeeping comes, the pet must be removed from the suite or crated beforehand. You will need to sign a pet agreement at check-in, and pets should be on a leash when outside the room.

Pets allowed up to 75 lb. per pet.

  • Pet fee (non-refundable):

    • For 1–6 nights: $75

    • For 7 or more nights: $150

Cancellation Policy 
To avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room and tax; guests must cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date.

Pet Policy and Guidelines
Pets must not be left unattended in guestrooms or public areas. Guest shall comply with all applicable laws and hotel policies regarding pet care and conduct. Guest shall maintain control of pets at all times and ensure pets do not create excessive noise or disturbances to other guests.

Deposit: A non-refundable fee of $75.00 shall be charged at check-in.
Fee Structure:

  • $75.00 for stays of 1–4 nights

  • $125.00 for stays of 5 or more nights\

  • Maximum Number of Pets: Two (2) pets per guestroom.
